Our COVID-19 policy and procedures

At Day’s Motor Group the safety of our staff and customers is paramount and to ensure that we have put new critical policy and procedures in place. We aim to open up our services to you in the safest way possible whilst adhering to the government guidelines.
We would like to introduce our promise against coronavirus. These are six steps that will be implemented across all our branches to keep everyone safe at all times.
Social Distancing - We have implemented social distancing rules across our branches, with visual reminders to enforce the 2-metre distance rule as well as arrows to direct customers through the branches. Staff areas will also be organised accordingly.
Sanitisation - All our branches have several hand sanitizer and wipe stations for both staff and customers to use. We ask that everyone uses these upon entering the building. We are cleaning all public facing areas regularly and key areas are sanitised before and after use.
Risk Assessments - Risk assessments will be carried out regularly to ensure we are abiding by the set government guidelines.
Protective Equipment - We have installed protective equipment throughout our branches and provided staff with the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Regular Reviews - The procedures we have implemented will be regularly reviewed in accordance with the government guidelines.
Routine checks for staff - All our staff members are required to fill out a health questionnaire upon returning to work and will be self monitoring for COVID-19 symptoms.
Please note: If you or a family member has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please do not visit any of our branches - you must self isolate.
