Ford Care Code

We want to do everything we can to help keep our customers safe, that's why we've put the Ford Care Code in place.

Our sales and servicing departments are open, however we politely request that customers make an appointment before attending any of our branches as this helps us to control the amount of people on site at any one time.

These are the processes put in place by the Ford Care Code to help protect you:

  • Helping you keep a minimum 2-metre social distance
  • Using Personal Protective Equipment to help keep you safe
  • Sanitising your vehicle, dealer vehicles and dealerships
  • Offering online demonstrations and no-touch demonstrations in dealerships
  • Offering online service appointment booking
  • Supporting you with touch-free payment

Click & Collect

In addition, we are pleased to announce we are now operating a Click & Collect service, meaning that you can buy a new Ford vehicle from the comfort of your own home. If you're interested in any vehicle, please speak to our team, who will be more than happy to help!
