Ford Care Code

We want to do everything we can to help keep our customers safe, that's why we've put the Ford Care Code in place.

As our showrooms have reopened, we want to reassure you that safety measures are in place to keep you safe when accessing our services. Where applicable, these are the processes set out by the Ford Care Code to help protect you:

  • Helping you keep a minimum 2-metre social distance
  • Using Personal Protective Equipment to help keep you safe
  • Sanitising your vehicle, dealer vehicles and dealerships
  • Offering online demonstrations
  • Offering online service appointment booking
  • Supporting you with touch-free payment

In addition, we are operating a Click & Collect service, meaning you can buy a new Ford vehicle from the comfort of your own home. If you're interested in any vehicle, please speak to your nearest branch, who will be more than happy to help!
