How to guide for digital aftersales

 

We’re excited to be offering a new digital customer journey for aftersales at our Plasmarl branch. 

This will allow our customers to check in for their vehicle service appointment remotely using their smartphone or tablet. You will be sent an SMS the day before your appointment and you can check in from the comfort of your home. Once within the branch, you can use our secure kiosk to put your keys in the locker and let us know where your vehicle is parked, you can also add on any extras you may require. 

Alternatively, you can complete the whole check-in process via the self service kiosk when you arrive at our branch. 

If you know you’ll be in a rush later in the day, you can also use the express system to check out. Just let a member of the service team know and we’ll ensure everything is prepared for you to collect your keys from the kiosk. You can only access the kiosk via a unique pin code, so you can trust that your keys will be safe! 

The self-service kiosks are available to use now, so if you're booked in for a service you should receive a text to check in!
